MTAA Financial Assistance Application
The goal of MTAA is to allow every eligible player to participate in sports regardless of household financials. A scholarship fund has been developed to assist families who demonstrate the need for financial assistance. Ten scholarships each sport season will be made available to families in need.
Who Qualifies?
The Scholarship Fund is available to Muhlenberg Township residents who are 12 years of age or younger whose parent/guardian submit this application by the application deadline. Incomplete or late applications will be denied. Athletes receiving a scholarship must attend a minimum of 90% of all scheduled practices and games. Parents/Guardians agree to volunteer 8 hours, per scholarship recipient, with a maximum of 20 hours per family per calendar year if possible.

What it covers?
The Scholarship Fund will cover the cost of the sport in season. Membership fee and all supplies needed for participation are the responsibility of the player/parent unless otherwise noted.
